Terms and Conditions

Terms for using the Aide Health website, including telehealth, prescriptions, pricing, recurring payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Effective date: October 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the website operated by Aide Health, LLC, doing business as Aide Health, through the current or later official Aide Health website, and the related non-clinical online functions offered through it (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. When you enroll in a service, submit an order, or receive clinical care, additional terms, disclosures, authorizations, and consents presented at that time may apply.

Important medical notice

This Website does not provide emergency medical services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Website content, treatment descriptions, and non-clinical questionnaires are educational and do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription.

Who operates the services

Aide Health, LLC operates the branded Website and provides customer-facing support. Healthaide LLC provides the technology platform and administrative support. Medical care made available through this service is provided by licensed clinicians through Healthaide Medical Group P.C., which is responsible for clinical decisions and medical records. Neither the Website operator nor Healthaide LLC directs a treating clinician to prescribe a particular medication or approve a particular treatment.

A clinician-patient relationship is not formed merely by browsing the Website, completing a non-clinical treatment quiz, or contacting customer support. Clinical services require the applicable intake, evaluation, and consent process.

Eligibility and access

The Website's telehealth services are intended for adults age 18 or older. You must provide accurate identity, contact, health, and location information when requested. Your clinician must be authorized to provide services in the state where you are physically located at the time of care. Specific services and prescriptions may be restricted by law, medical judgment, pharmacy availability, or other eligibility criteria.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use to care@aidehealth.com.

Telehealth and clinical decisions

Telehealth can involve asynchronous questionnaires or messaging, audio, video, electronic records, and remote review of laboratory results. It may not be suitable for every condition. A clinician may request more information, require testing or an in-person evaluation, decline treatment, or refer you elsewhere. No service, approval, result, or prescription is guaranteed.

Before receiving medical services, you will be asked to review and accept the applicable Telehealth Consent and Consent to Treat and any treatment-specific disclosures. The Notice of Privacy Practices governs medical information protected by HIPAA.

Medication, labs, and delivery

Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines they are clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Licensed third-party pharmacies dispense and ship medications. Testing, availability, pricing, and shipping restrictions may differ by state or product. Compounded drugs, when offered, are not FDA-approved products, and separate disclosures may apply.

Follow storage, handling, dosing, and other instructions provided by the treating clinician and dispensing pharmacy. Report delivery problems promptly to care@aidehealth.com. We will work with the responsible fulfillment provider to investigate an issue and arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law and the terms disclosed for that order.

Prices, charges, and recurring payments

Prices, applicable fees, the contents of an order, and any recurring billing terms are shown before payment or enrollment. Charges may include non-clinical services, clinical evaluations, laboratory services, prescriptions, and shipping, depending on the offer. Payment does not guarantee medical approval or a prescription.

If a recurring plan is offered, its billing frequency, amount, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel through the process described at enrollment or by contacting care@aidehealth.com. Cancellation stops future charges subject to the stated timing and terms; it does not automatically reverse charges already incurred or cancel an order already in fulfillment. Any legally required cancellation or renewal notice will be provided.

Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

The cancellation and refund terms applicable to your order will be shown at checkout or enrollment and in any accompanying offer terms. Whether a refund is available can depend on whether a consultation was completed, an order was processed, a prescription was transmitted, or a product was dispensed or shipped. We will comply with refund rights required by law and the specific terms presented at purchase.

For an incorrect charge, damaged shipment, delivery issue, or other billing concern, contact care@aidehealth.com so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot legally waive, including payment-dispute rights under applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information, use the Website only for lawful purposes, protect your account, and follow clinician and pharmacy instructions. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Website security, misuse a prescription service, or copy or exploit the Website or its content without permission.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any obligations to maintain continuity of care.

Privacy and electronic communications

Our Privacy Policy, Your Privacy Choices, and applicable consumer health data policies describe Website information practices and rights. Separate authorizations govern marketing where required. Required consent to receive medical care, recurring charges, electronic records, or marketing texts is obtained through the applicable process; browsing the Website alone does not supply those consents.

Electronic delivery of records and notices may be offered, subject to the applicable electronic-consent disclosures and your legal rights.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Website content, branding, and software are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable law. You may use them only for your personal, lawful access to the services. Third-party payment providers, pharmacies, laboratories, or linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Limits of Website liability and lawful use

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aide Health, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use or unavailability of the non-clinical Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website operator's aggregate liability for a claim related solely to operation of the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the claimant to Aide Health, LLC for the applicable Website service during the three months before the event or $100. These limits do not waive remedies or responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law, do not determine the liability of a treating clinician or Healthaide Medical Group P.C., and do not limit liability for conduct for which a limitation is prohibited.

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse reasonable losses directly resulting from your deliberate unlawful misuse of the Website, unauthorized access, or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not shift responsibility for the negligence or misconduct of Aide Health, LLC, a clinical provider, or any other party to you.

We may update Website content or functions, correct errors, or suspend functionality for safety, maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, the Website is provided without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of general informational content. These limits do not alter any duty owed by a treating clinician or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Questions and disputes

Please contact care@aidehealth.com about an issue before starting formal proceedings, if practical. Any separately accepted dispute-resolution or arbitration agreement applies only according to its own valid terms. Where a valid arbitration or class-action agreement is separately accepted during enrollment, checkout, or clinical registration, that agreement applies according to its own terms. Merely browsing the Website does not constitute agreement to medical informed consent or a separate clinical dispute-resolution agreement.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection, healthcare, and privacy laws continue to apply regardless of any conflicting provision.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Website or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Additional notice or fresh agreement will be obtained when required by law.
