Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

How Aide Health collects, processes, and shares consumer health data under Nevada law, and how to request access, deletion, or an appeal.

Effective date: October 25, 2026

This policy explains how Aide Health, LLC, doing business as Aide Health, collects, uses, processes, and shares consumer health data subject to Nevada law. Certain medical information held by Healthaide Medical Group P.C. is separately governed by its HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Consumer health data we collect

Depending on the features you choose to use, we collect:

  • Health interests and goals: service or treatment interests, wellness concerns, weight-related goals, or conditions you ask about.
  • Information you provide in questionnaires or quizzes: symptoms, health history, medication interests, and other answers you voluntarily submit.
  • Service and care-request details: appointments, requests for evaluations, testing or prescription fulfillment, and related status information.
  • Health-related inferences: a general treatment category or service match generated from your answers or selections.

Where it comes from

We receive this data from information you provide in Website forms, questions, account activities, and messages. We may also receive limited service information from Healthaide LLC, Healthaide Medical Group P.C., and vendors helping fulfill requests you initiate. We do not purchase consumer health profiles from data brokers.

Why and how we process it

We use consumer health data to respond to questions, provide a requested treatment-matching experience, facilitate intake and requested clinical services, coordinate orders or follow-up, and protect the security and integrity of these workflows. Processing may include secure collection, storage, use, transfer to an authorized service provider, correction, and deletion subject to applicable law.

We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising or cross-site health profiling. We do not use precise geolocation to infer visits to healthcare facilities.

What we share and with whom

When necessary to provide requested services, and subject to any applicable consent requirement, we may share the health-interest, questionnaire, care-request, and service-status categories described above with:

  • Healthaide LLC, for technology and administrative support.
  • Healthaide Medical Group P.C. and treating clinicians, when clinical care is requested.
  • Pharmacies and laboratories, if needed to fulfill requested care or testing.
  • Secure hosting, communications, security, and fulfillment service providers, when needed to operate the requested service.

Specific affiliates: We do not share consumer health data with any additional Aide Health, LLC corporate affiliate for its independent purposes. Healthaide LLC and Healthaide Medical Group P.C. are separately named above as service and clinical recipients, not as Aide Health, LLC affiliates.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not authorize third parties to collect consumer health data over time across other websites or online services for behavioral advertising when you use our Website. Optional site measurement is limited to general pages that do not reveal consumer health data and is subject to the preferences described in our Privacy Policy. Where affirmative consent is legally required for collection or sharing, we request it in advance; consent to sharing is separate from any consent to collection. Processing necessary for a product or service you requested may be permitted without separate consent where Nevada law allows.

Your choices and rights

Subject to Nevada law, you may request that we:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data about you.
  • Identify the third parties to whom we shared or sold consumer health data about you.
  • Stop collection, sharing, or sale of your consumer health data as provided by law.
  • Delete consumer health data about you, subject to legal exceptions and processing rules.

You can also request to review information you submitted and ask us to correct inaccuracies. Contact care@aidehealth.com with the subject "Nevada Consumer Health Data Request," or use Your Privacy Choices. We provide a secure way to submit requests and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based collection or sharing through the same channels.

If we refuse to act on a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Appeal: Nevada Consumer Health Data Request." We will explain our decision and, if the appeal is denied, provide contact information for the Nevada Attorney General. We will respond to requests and appeals within the periods required by Nevada law.

Changes to this policy

We will post the updated policy and effective date when we make changes. Where Nevada law requires notice or fresh affirmative consent before a material change in the categories, recipients, or purposes of consumer health data processing, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before the changed activity begins.
