Accessibility Statement

Aide Health targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Learn how to get help accessing any page, form, or feature, and how to report a barrier.

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Aide Health is committed to making its website and online services accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to provide an experience that can be used with assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, and different screen and text settings.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target when designing, improving, and reviewing the Website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some content or third-party features may not yet work equally well for every visitor.

Need assistance?

If you have difficulty viewing content, completing a form, using an appointment or payment feature, or accessing any part of the Website, please contact us. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and how we can best help you. Do not send private medical information in an ordinary email.

Email: care@aidehealth.com

We will work with you to provide information or a reasonable alternative way to access the service and to address reported barriers. Accessibility requests do not affect your eligibility for care.

Feedback and improvements

We review accessibility feedback and work to improve issues we identify. Some third-party tools may have their own accessibility limitations. If you encounter one, please report it so we can help you and follow up with the responsible provider where appropriate.
