Privacy Policy

How Aide Health, LLC (Aide Health) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, plus your privacy rights and choices.

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Aide Health, LLC, doing business as Aide Health ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Aide Health branded website, online forms, accounts, and customer services (the "Website"), currently accessible at aidehealth.com and at any later official domain. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit the Website or ask about our services.

This policy applies to information handled by the Website operator. Medical records and other protected health information ("PHI") handled by Healthaide Medical Group P.C. in its role as a healthcare provider are governed by its separate Notice of Privacy Practices. Certain health information outside HIPAA may also be covered by our separately posted Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy or Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, as applicable.

How care is provided

Aide Health provides the branded Website and customer-facing support. Healthaide LLC supplies the technology platform and administrative support used to help operate the service. Healthcare evaluations, clinical decisions, and prescriptions offered through this service are provided by licensed clinicians through Healthaide Medical Group P.C. The Website operator does not make clinical decisions. The treating clinician decides whether any treatment or prescription is appropriate.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, login information, and account preferences.
  • Requests and communications: questions, customer support messages, appointment requests, and the content you send through Website forms or messages.
  • Health-related information: treatment interests, goals, symptoms, questionnaire or quiz answers, and information you submit when seeking care. Medical intake information provided for clinical treatment may be handled under the medical group's HIPAA notice.
  • Transactions: items or services requested, orders, payments, refunds, and fulfillment details. Payment card details are generally processed by payment providers rather than stored by us in full.
  • Website activity and device information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, page visits, referral sources, cookie identifiers, and security logs.

We collect information from you, from your use of the Website, and from service providers involved in operating the Website. When appropriate, we may receive limited status or service information from the clinical platform, medical group, pharmacies, laboratories, or fulfillment providers.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Answer questions, provide customer support, and manage accounts and requests.
  • Help you access intake, scheduling, telehealth, payment, pharmacy, and related services.
  • Process transactions and communicate about service, order, billing, or delivery status.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Analyze general Website performance and improve content and usability.
  • Send promotional communications where permitted, subject to your preferences and applicable consent requirements.

We do not use medical intake responses, identifiable symptom or treatment-quiz answers, or protected health information for targeted advertising. We do not sell consumer health data. We restrict the use of advertising and analytics tools on any page or workflow that collects such information.

Who receives information

We disclose only information reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to:

  • Healthaide LLC, for the software platform and administrative services.
  • Healthaide Medical Group P.C. and its licensed clinicians, when you request clinical services.
  • Pharmacies, laboratories, and shipping providers, when needed for requested care, testing, or fulfillment.
  • Hosting, identity verification, security, customer communications, payment, and other operational vendors acting on our behalf.
  • Government authorities or other recipients when required by law, to protect safety, or to address fraud or legal claims.

Limited Website identifiers may also be disclosed to analytics or advertising vendors on general, non-clinical pages to measure campaigns or advertisements. Depending on applicable state law, certain advertising disclosures can constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even when no money changes hands. Where those activities occur, visitors can exercise available opt-out rights through Your Privacy Choices. We do not send identifiable health questionnaire responses, treatment selections, or clinical intake data to advertising platforms.

We may disclose information in connection with a business transaction, as permitted by law and subject to applicable safeguards. We do not authorize operational service providers to use personal information for their unrelated purposes.

Cookies and tracking choices

Essential cookies help provide account, security, and Website functions. Other cookies or similar technologies may be used for general analytics and advertising measurement. You can adjust browser settings and use our Privacy Choices page for applicable opt-outs. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.

Where applicable privacy law requires it, we recognize valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal. A browser's older "Do Not Track" setting is different from a legally recognized opt-out preference signal.

Messages and marketing

We may send service-related messages about accounts, appointments, orders, and security. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. Where SMS marketing is used, it requires any consent mandated by law and includes instructions to opt out. Declining promotional messages does not prevent necessary service communications, subject to your communications preferences and legal requirements.

Retention and protection

We retain information only for purposes that justify keeping it:

  • Account and support information: while needed to support your account, resolve requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
  • Order, payment, and transaction records: for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legally required recordkeeping periods.
  • Website usage and security records: for limited operational, security, and analytics needs, subject to vendor retention settings.
  • Clinical information: under the medical group's record-retention and legal obligations, as described in its Notice of Privacy Practices.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No online system is risk-free. We require service providers handling information for us to meet applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and the type of information, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; withdraw a consent; or opt out of certain advertising disclosures, sales, or profiling. Where required, you may also request limits on the use of sensitive information and appeal a denied privacy request.

Visit Your Privacy Choices or email care@aidehealth.com to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. Legal exceptions may apply, including for records we must retain or information governed by HIPAA. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Additional rights and disclosures relating to non-HIPAA consumer health data are provided in the separate Washington and Nevada policies linked above.

Additional disclosures for state privacy laws

For laws that require a lookback disclosure, the categories described in "Information we collect" correspond to identifiers and customer records; commercial information; internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; sensitive personal information, where applicable; and health-related inferences. Sources are you, Website activity, and the service providers described above. The purposes are account and service administration, requested care routing, transactions, security, Website improvement, and legally permitted marketing.

During the preceding 12 months, these categories may have been disclosed for operational business purposes to the platform provider, medical group, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, hosting, communications, and security providers, depending on the services used. Relevant recipient categories and purposes are described in "Who receives information." Sensitive personal information is used for requested services, security, or legal obligations, rather than unrelated profiling.

For any disclosure that qualifies as a sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months, the categories involved are general-page online identifiers and Website activity, and the recipients are advertising or measurement providers. We do not sell or share consumer health data or PHI for that purpose. The extent of any qualifying sale or sharing of general-page identifiers depends on the optional measurement technologies enabled on the Website. Any such activity is subject to applicable opt-out rights. Our advertising and analytics tools must not receive identifiable health questionnaire answers, treatment-match results, clinical intake data, or PHI.

Children

The Website and telehealth services described here are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer these services to minors or knowingly collect their information for these services. If you believe a minor has supplied information, please contact us.

Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
