FAQ

Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Getting started

How does a visit work?

Choose a treatment and complete a short online intake. A licensed clinician reviews it, usually within a day, and may follow up by message or video before prescribing.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every treatment requires a clinician’s review. If it’s a fit, your clinician writes the prescription as part of your visit.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. Your clinician only prescribes when a treatment is safe and appropriate for you, and may suggest another option instead.

Which states do you serve?

Aide provides care in all 50 states through clinicians licensed where you live.

Treatments and delivery

Where are treatments made?

Medications are prepared by state-licensed US pharmacies. Some are compounded, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

How is my order shipped?

Free, discreet shipping in temperature-safe packaging, with tracking from the pharmacy to your door.

What if I have side effects?

Message your care team anytime. Your clinician can adjust your dose or plan. For a severe reaction, seek emergency care.

Billing and privacy

What does the price include?

Your clinician consult, medication, follow-ups, care team messaging and shipping. No surprise fees.

Yes, anytime from your account or by messaging your care team.

Do you take insurance?
